DUBUQUE (KWWL) -  The Loras College Chemistry Club will host their third annual Chemistry Olympics on April 10.

The Chemistry Olympics is a day-long event that will host high school students competing in a variety of general chemistry and laboratory games.

High school students will get a chance to speak with college students and professors.

Winning teams will be awarded trophies and scholarships up to $2000.

The event will take place at the St. Joseph Science Hall on the college's campus.

Around 30 students are expected to participate.
