DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Professional leaders in Dubuque have teamed up with the Multicultural Family Center and the Dubuque Black Men Coalition to offer the class "Road to Success for Teens."

The class is set for Wednesday, Apr. 1, from 4-7 p.m. at the MFC in Dubuque.

The program is designed to provide students between the ages of 13 and 18 with the skills needed to navigate the employment cycle.

Participants will participate in activities like creating a resume, mock interviews, professional experience, identifying leadership skills and business start-up.

Teens will also have the chance to interview for summer employment through Dubuque Leisure Services and the Community YMCA.

For more information or to register for the event, visit www.mfcdbq.org or contact 563-582-3681.
