DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Dubuque Police have arrested a man for allegedly being involved in a robbery at an IHOP last summer.  24-year-old Martinez Brimmer is charged with robbery in the first degree.

Police also say Brimmer was in possession of  crack cocaine at the time of his arrest, and is being charged with possession with intent to deliver.  He is currently being held in the Dubuque County Jail on $100,000 bond.

The IHOP located at 1785 JFK Rd. in Dubuque was robbed on July 16, 2014.  Police say they are confident other individuals were involved.

They are asking you to contact Corporal Brendan Welsh at 563-589-4430 or Captain Scott Engleman at 563-589-4467 of the Criminal Investigation Division with any information regarding the case.
