IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

A Lone Tree woman is facing a laundry list of charges after police say she used fake names and addresses to get prescription drugs from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Police say Mandy Warson went to UIHC 10 times between September 18, 2013 and February 4, 2015. She claimed to have back pain.

Hospital staff say Warson came in using different names and addresses. Warson received more than $8,000 worth of services and medication which was not paid.

She's facing multiple counts of Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug, several counts of Prohibited Acts, and a Second Degree Theft charge.
