Two teens injured in Winneshiek County crash

WINNESHIEK COUNTY (KWWL) -

Two teens were injured in a Winneshiek County crash on Wednesday night.

The Iowa State Patrol says 18-year-old Jordan Klimesh of Calmar was headed east on County Road B33 at around 9:31 p.m. when he lost control of his car on a curve. The car went into the ditch, rolled and landed on its top.

Klimesh was taken to Mercy Medical Center in New Hampton. A passenger in the car, 15-year-old Kenadee Lunn Schnuelle of Ossian, was flown to Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.

The accident remains under investigation.
