AP Women's Poll: Iowa up to #14 with last week's wins

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

With decisive home wins against two other conference rivals, the Iowa women moved up three spots in the latest Associated Press Top 25 ranking.

The Iowa Hawkeyes (23-6, 14-4 Big 10) bested Big 10 rivals Wisconsin and Minnesota last week to jump to No. 14 in the AP Top 25, released Monday.

With the regular season finished, the Hawkeyes never lost a game at Carver-Hawkeye Arena, going 16-0 at home.

They'll start the Big Ten Tournament with two byes, playing their first game in the quarterfinals on Friday.
