Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
½ mango, chopped
½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
½ cup almond milk
½ cup ice 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. agave nectar, to taste
All you do: Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!

Peanut Butter and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
4 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 T. powdered peanut butter
1 T. chia seeds
All you do: Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Groovy Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana, cut in chunks
1 6 oz tub vanilla greek yogurt
½ cup canned pineapple ½ cup white grape juice
1 cup fresh spinach
1 ½ T. flax seed
