Women today are more interested in long acting, reversible birth control methods, according to data from a new government study.

The study found that 5 times more women are using IUDs and hormonal implants than they were in the 1980s; more than 7% of women are using those types of birth control.

Women between 25 and 34 were most likely to use these types of birth control, as well as those who had given birth at least once.
