Reinbeck man charged after injuries to 5-month-old child

A man from Reinbeck has been arrested after an investigation into injuries received by a 5-month-old child.

28-year-old Trenton Case-Bibbs is charged with Child Endangerment.

According to a criminal complaint, the child was taken to the emergency room at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo with injuries to the left arm.  Doctors discovered the child's arm had three separate fractures.  During the investigation it was found that Trenton Case-Bibbs squeezed the child's arm on Tuesday, January 27th.

Case-Bibbs was arrested Monday afternoon at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center and remains in the Grundy Co. Jail  in lieu of $125,000 bond.

The Grundy County Sheriff's Office, Iowa Dept of Human Services and the Grundy County Attorney's office continue to investigate.
