Snow tapering off, wind to diminish after midnight

Posted: Updated:

Snow is gradually tapering off this evening, but you can expect blowing snow to reduce visibility in the open country until the wind dies down.

Snowfall totals will end up between 4-10” causing roads to remain completely snow and ice covered.  Temperatures will continue to fall and will eventually drop to below zero in many areas overnight tonight.

Highs will only climb into the teens for highs on Monday.  The day will start with sunshine then clouds move back in during the afternoon. We are tracking the chance of light snow for Tuesday.
