BLACK HAWK COUNTY (KWWL) -

A Waterloo man faces several charges after deputies say he fired a gun at a home and car, and also ran over several stop signs.

The Black Hawk County County Sheriff's Office arrested 32-year-old Tyler Moen after an investigation overnight.

Deputies first responded to a home in Washburn on a report that the residence was hit by bullets.  One person was inside, but wasn't hurt.  The deputy on the scene noticed several stop signs and mailbox posts had been knocked down in the area.

After an investigation, deputies spotted Moen driving in Hudson, where he's also suspected of hitting several stop signs.

Moen is charged with Intimidation With A Dangerous Weapon, Terroristic Threats, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. He is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.

According to the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office web page, Moen is being held without bond on one of the terrorism & intimidation charges.

The sheriff's office says the investigation is ongoing.
