Chef William: Turkey Stir Fry with Rice Noodles

Ingredients:       1 lb. of turkey leftover strips (white & dark meat)

                                1 package of rice noodles

                                ½ cup of carrots “julienned”

                                ½ cup of red onions “julienned”

                                ½ cup of scallions “thinly sliced”

                                ½ cup of fresh bean sprouts

1 tbsp. of fresh jalapenos “minced”

                                1 tbsp. of garlic chili sauce

                                1 tsp. of fresh garlic

                                1 tbsp. of “Madras” Spanish curry powder

                                2 tbsp. of “Iron Chef” sesame-garlic Sauce

                                1 tbsp. of sesame seeds (any kind is good)

                                1 tsp. of fresh ginger “minced-pulverized”

                                Salt & Pepper to taste

                                3 tbsp. of “Toasted” sesame oil


Directions:          In a wok or a skillet on medium high-high heat add your sesame oil.  Once pan is hot add carrots, red onions, bean sprouts.  Moving them around the pan swiftly.  After about 1-2 minutes add your turkey strips, garlic-chili sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame-garlic sauce, jalapenos and curry.  Again mixing around swiftly.  After about I minute add the rice noodles and salt and pepper at this time.  Mix everything together really good.  Now, add all contents to your plate with tongs “twisting” to make a nice presentation.  Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.  Enjoy!!!
