WATERLOO (KWWL) -

A Waterloo man wanted on charges of stabbing people during a fight at the Prime Mart in December has finally been arrested.

Dalevon H. Allen, 23, of Waterloo was arrested Wednesday and charged with going armed with intent and willful body injury, according to the Waterloo Police Department.

The charges stem from an incident that happened Dec. 26, 2014, at the Prime Mart on Broadway Avenue in Waterloo.

Police say Allen as well as four other people were treated for stab wounds during a fight. They were all treated and released.

Allen's bond was set at $50,000.

Luttreal Allen of Waterloo was also arrested in connection with the fight on Jan. 10. He was also charged with armed with intent and willful body injury.

PREVIOUS STORY:

Five people that were treated for stab wounds have been released from the hospital.

Police say Luttreal Allen, 41, Dalevon Allen, 22, Demarcus Williamson, 25, Laqailla Holmes, 24 and Dartavious Dixon, 26, were all treated for injuries.

Police could not clarify if these people are suspects or victims. Police say the investigation is still open, but the believe a fight began in the parking lot of the Prime Mart on Broadway St. Last month, Orintheo Campbell, Jr., 23, was shot and killed in the same parking lot.

The group showed up at Allen Hospital a short time later. Hospital officials put the emergency room in lockdown during treatment, for the safety of everyone involved. Hospital spokesperson Jim Waterbury said that's a common practice when multiple victims and their families arrive, and allows staff to concentrate on treatment, not security.

All five people were treated and released, Waterbury said. Their injuries were not believed to be life threatening.

However, one family member, who asked to remain anonymous for their own safety, said one person had to seek further treatment on Friday. Another family member, who also asked to stay anonymous, said they feared retaliation.

No arrests have been made. Police say they're interviewing those involved.

An employee at the Prime Mart told KWWL he was at the store when the altercation occurred, but was in the backroom and didn't see anything.
