CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

The Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity will continue working to improve neighborhoods and now has more money to do so.

Wells Fargo & Company is donating $100,000 to the organization. It's part of the 2014 Wells Fargo Housing Foundation Priority Markets Program, which is designed to help improve neighborhoods that were negatively impacted by the economy.

This is the third time CVHFH has received one of these grants, but is the first time that the money is not a part of flood recovery.

Since 1988, Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity has built or fixed more than 128 homes. Several have been built in neighborhoods that were destroyed by the 2008 flood.
