EAST DUBUQUE, Ill. (KWWL) - A rolled-over garbage truck blocked Wall Street in East Dubuque Tuesday morning.

Officials responded to the call at 5:20 a.m. They said the cause of the rollover is still under investigation.

No one was seriously injured, officials said, but one person was taken to Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque to be checked out.

Crews had to drag the truck out from under the Julien-Dubuque Bridge to be able to upright it. Crews put it back on all four wheels just before eight this morning.

That road is now reopened to traffic, city officials said.
