CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) - A student-run non-profit is holding a pancake benefit breakfast to help grant a wish for sick children.

On Saturday, Dec. 6, the Northern Iowa Wishmakers are holding their annual "Flippin'-for-Wishes" pancake breakfast.

The event is held at HuHot Mongolian Grill in Cedar Falls from 7:30 until 10:30 a.m.

All proceeds go to Make-A-Wish Iowa. Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door (ages 3 and under eat free).

The Northern Iowa Wishmakers have granted three wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions since the non-profit was established in 2011.
