The Iowa Hawkeyes just ran out of time. Wisconsin managed to run the final 5:01 off the clock as the 16th ranked Badgers snuck out of Iowa City with a 26-24 win.

Iowa's offense, however, woke up in the second half. Jake Rudock hit Kevonte Martin-Manley on a 20 yard scoring strike to pull Iowa within 19-11 after 3 queaters. Rudock then capped off an 82 yard drive with a 3 yard touchdown run on a draw play to pull Iowa back within 2.

That's when Gordon appeared to put the game away for the Badgers with a 23 yard touchdown run midway through the 4th, but Iowa would not go away. Rudock through his second touchdown pass of the game, a 9 yard strike to tight end Jake Duzey as the Hawks trailed 26-24 with 5:01 to go. Rudock threw for 311 yards in the ballgame.

Wisconsin, however, managed to pick up a pair of first downs on their final drive allowing them to milk the remaining time off the clock.
