CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

If your car is parked in the way of a snow plow in Cedar Falls, you may get a ticket Wednesday.

Cedar Falls has a 48-hour parking ordinance, meaning drivers need to move their cars so plows can get through.

Starting Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 8 a.m., the Cedar Falls Police Department will be ticketing cars that are breaking the city policy.

If a car is not moved within 24 hours of the ticket, it will be towed.
