WATERLOO (KWWL) - IowaWORKS and the Greater Cedar Valley Alliance will host a job fair for recently laid off workers in the Cedar Valley.

The event will be on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 1-6 pm at the Waterloo Center for the Arts.

More than 20 employers will be at the fair, and will host on-the-spot interviews for certain jobs.

Those jobs include manufacturing positions such as production, assembly, painting, machining, industrial maintenance, forklift, and warehouse operations.

The fair is targeted toward recently laid off John Deere workers.

Layoff recovery resources will also be available.
