WATERLOO (KWWL) - Our first winter storm of the season has dropped 1 to 4" of snow throughout eastern Iowa.  A general 1 to 3" across most of the KWWL viewing area with some isolated 4" reports from Keokuk and Washington counties.  Temps will remain in the 20's today across the area but another arctic front will slam into the area on Monday.  Gusty NW winds will accompany the arctic front and will produce sub zero wind chills along with blowing snow.  Temps by Tuesday AM will likely drop below zero with wind chills -10 to -20.  Some slow moderation throughout the upcoming week with highs rebounding into the 30's by next weekend.
