DES MOINES (KWWL) -

Iowa smokers who want to kick the habit could be eligible for eight weeks of free nicotine replacement therapy, including patches, gum or lozenges.

The Iowa Department of Public Health is reminding smokers who want to quit to enroll in Quitline Iowa before the American Cancer Society's great American Smokeout on November 20.

Quitline Iowa also offers coaching and tips to support you becoming tobacco free.
