DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

The Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency (DMASWA) is asking for volunteers for their clean up.

They're looking for groups or individuals to help clean up a problem area on Sageville Road by Heritage Pond.

The clean up is set for Saturday morning, November 1st from 9-11, and DMASWA will provide vests, gloves, bags and litter grabbers for all volunteers.

This event is in conjunction with the Illegal Dumping Enforcement Office, the Dubuque county Conservation Board, and the Dubuque County Roads Department in hopes of solving a community need.

If you are interested in attending, please call the DMASWA Education Office at 563-588-7933.
