CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

In Class 4A District 5, Cedar Rapids Kennedy took on Cedar Falls at the UNI-Dome.

For the Cedar Rapids Cougars, Samuele Lizarraga starts it off with a pass to Shaun Beyer, but he goes down near the 30-yard line.

Lizarraga looks to pass it to Beyer again, but the ball goes out of his reach and it's in the Tigers' possession.

Javon Middleton makes a run towards their end zone and gets tackled near the 35-yard line.

Taylen Alexander's pass to Denison Harrington brings the Tigers closer to the first touchdown of the game.

Harrington makes it in to put up six, and Caleb Iehl's goal kick puts Cedar Falls up 7-0.

The Cougars get the ball back, but not for long after Hunter Lavallee's interception puts the Tigers in scoring mode.

Lavallee gets tackled on the 30-yard line.

Alexander's look to Harrington would make it in, and another goal kick put seven more points up on the board for the Tigers.

The Tigers lead going into halftime 14-0.

The Cougars would try to make a comeback in the second half, but just fall short.

Cedar Falls wins in the final, 21-20.
