Sumner-Fredericksburg whips Jesup, 54-21

Posted: Updated:
JESUP (KWWL) - In 1A District 4, Sumner-Fredericksburg visits Jesup.

The J-Hawks' student section was ready to go, bringing their energy, stocking caps and blankets.

The J-Hawks stopped the Cougars on their first drive, and J-Hawk quarterback Riley Murray pulls down the ball for a first down and kept the J-Hawk momentum up.

Jesup could not keep it up. Riley Murray does not see Ryan Pagel, and it looks like he would take it to the house, but gets stopped deep in Jesup territory.

Sumner Fredericksburg plays power football and gives it to running back Nolan Nolte. The Cougars run the same play six times in a row before junior James Kime pounded it into the end zone to make it 8-0 Cougars.

Sumner-Fredericksburg rolls to a 54 -21 win.
