Clarksville teen charged in drunk-driving crash in Sac City

SAC CITY (KWWL) - A Clarksville teen has been taken into custody after police say he was drunk when his car collided with two teenagers in August, killing them.

Trevor Ray Feauto, 17, of of Clarksville was driving through an uncontrolled intersection at 400th and Otter Avenue in Sac City on Aug. 23 when he collided with Bailey Jacobsen, 16, of Wall Lake, according to police.

Jacobsen and her passenger, Lindsey Quirk, 16, also of Wall Lake, were both killed in the collision.

DCI Crime Lab report showed Feauto's blood alcohol level was 0.133. Jacobsen's blood alcohol level was at 0.057.

Feauto is now in the Youth Emergency Shelter in Cherokee. Authorities charged him with two counts of homicide by vehicle.
