University of Dubuque to host African-Caribbean-Latino Festival

The University of Dubuque will present the African-Caribbean-Latino Festival on Saturday, September 13, from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

The festival will highlight the culture of peoples of the African diaspora, as well as Latin American and Mexico, according to the press release. The event will take place on the University Quadrangle.
