WATERLOO (KWWL) -

A John Deere spokesman says the Dubuque and Davenport facilities are not included in Friday's announcements.

KWWL asked Ken Golden, the Director of Global Public Relations for John Deere, if any layoffs were expected at the the Dubuque and Davenport facilities, part of the Construction and Forestry division, all Golden would say is, "Dubuque and Davenport are in the Construction and Forestry Division. These announcements do not include that division. Last week and today's announcements concern factories in the Agriculture and Turf Division."
