Third annual UNI Ladies Night Out football camp attracted a record 160 women to the UNI-Dome.
Northern Iowa stars like All-American tailback David Johnson---Panther quarterbacks Sawyer Kollmorgen and Brion Carnes take the women through various drills while brushing up their knowledge of the game of football.

Panther head coach Mark Farley says its a fun way for the women to learn the game while also getting to know the UNI football program.

It's our Ladies' night out and it's fun. I think our ladies enjoy it--the players enjoy it, because it kind of brings people together for football-- I think the purpose--a lot of these women are from the area and they all support UNI football and it gives them a chance to see our players without their helmets on and get to know them as people and it gives the players a chance to know the women because this is a great community and gives the players a chance to know the people in the community.
Jewel Cooper made a return visit to the
"I was here two years ago and learned a lot and had a blast...so I'm back .
Yes, Yes--they treat us like royalty and they teach us stuff and they fed us before we got down here and its so fun and so great to see the players close today --up and see them without their helmets on they actually have faces and they are just wonderful guys so its a good time...
The cost of the ladies' night out camp is just $25 and includes a camp shirt, hors duevrs, drinks and lots of football memories.
