"Okay I've accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from Bryan Goettel currently living in Washington DC, former KWWL Sports Anchor and Reporter.

And I'm asking to accept the challenge --my good friend Brent Matthias current head baseball coach at Denver High School and Joe Surma who will be joning me this Fall on Friday Heroes and also the Hall-of -Famer--the wrestling official--Mike Allen. so guys you have 24 hours to step up to the challenge--right now I am going to accept a bucket over my head here from Darrell R. Coleman Jr. and also I am going to donate to the cause--so go ahead Darrell and hit your dad right...........Oh..that is so Cold.."
