Dubuque stylist to serve as judge for Miss Intercontinental United States 2014

A Dubuque award winning stylist and make-up artist will be representing his industry as a judge for the Miss Intercontinental United States 2014 Pageant held on August 17 in Alexandria, VA.

Paul Palmer has more than 33 years of experience in the beauty industry, according to a press release. Palmer currently worked at Palmer Hair Design in Dubuque.

Award winning filmmaker, director, producer, screenwriter and actress, Connie Lamothe, will serve as the Pageant host.

Miss Intercontinental United States is a conventional Beauty Pageant Organization that educates, inspires with style, service and success. The participants are from the United States from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. The winner of the Miss Intercontinental US Pageant will go on to compete in the 43rd Miss Intercontinental Beauty Contest live on October 25th, 2014 from Aquba, Jordan.
