Police: Juveniles found guilty of vandalizing Dubuque's Eagle Point Park

Two anonymous tips to the Dubuque/Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers helped charge 4 juvenile suspects with Criminal Mischief.

On or around November 4th and 5th 2013, approximately $11,540 worth of criminal mischief was done to various structures within Eagle Point Park. During the investigation, police received and pursued 2 anonymous tips provided by the Dubuque/Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers.

As a result of the tips and investigation, 4 juvenile suspects were identified and charges with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.

The juveniles are Ethan Peacock, Kyle Mills, Andrew Meyer , and Alex Pinto, all of Dubuque. Each was placed on 1 year supervised probation and ordered to pay $2,885 restitution, according to Dubuque Police.
