WATERLOO (KWWL) - A Prairie Walk and Talk will be going through the Cedar Hills Sand Prairie.

The Hartman Reserve Nature Center/Black Hawk County Conservation Board will be hosting this event on July, 27.

You will be able to walk with a Naturalist through the Cedar Hills Sand Prairie. The Naturalist will identify prairie plants and other significant wildlife.

Hartman Reserve asks that you meet at their location and the group will carpool over to the Cedar Hills Sand Prairie. The cost will be $3 per person if you pre-pay and $5 walk-in per person.
