A Blue River woman was killed after a head-on crash in Grant County.
The Grant County Sheriff's Office says a 16-year-old Fennimore boy was headed west on Highway 133 at around 4:20 p.m. Friday when he crossed the center line, colliding head-on into a car driven by 75-year-old Iris Wagner.
The teen was extricated from his vehicle and taken to Gunderson-Boscobel Area Health Care before being flown to Madison.
