American Red Cross volunteers in eastern Iowa after storms

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

An emergency shelter from the American Red Cross is open at Harding Middle School in Cedar Rapids. Four people stayed overnight in the shelter Monday. Clean-up kits will be available at the Red Cross office at 6300 Rockwell Drive NE beginning Wednesday morning at 9:00.

 Red Cross volunteers spent Tuesday handing out water, snacks and clean-up kits in Jones County.  Red Cross disaster workers are also with families in Traer and Chelsea in Tama County. Volunteers will be in Traer with clean-up kits, water and snacks Wednesday.
