Butler Co. installing pumps to beat the rising water

PARKERSBURG (KWWL) -

Emergency Management Coordinator Mitch Nordemeyer with Butler County says a pump has been installed in Parkersburg Monday in an effort to reduce rising water levels.

Nordemeyer says the eight-inch pump is from Homeland Security and the county is working to get one for New Hartford as well.

There have been no evacuations yet in Butler County. Stay with KWWL for further updates.
