SLIDESHOW: Severe storms hit eastern Iowa Sunday

WATERLOO (KWWL) - Severe thunderstorms ripped through eastern Iowa on Sunday night, featuring heavy rain, large hail, strong wind and even tornadoes.

At least one tornado was confirmed at 9 p.m. just southwest of Reinbeck.

Structural damage, including roofs off of buildings, was reported near Morrison.

Furthermore, damage has been reported in Nashua and New Hampton along with uprooted trees.

Flash flooding has been a problem in Dubuque and Cedar Rapids, with many roads in the Cedar Rapids area still closed Monday.
