ANDREW (KWWL) -
An Andrew woman is asking the public for help in finding her granddaughter's missing cell phone. The phone contains photos of the girl's late mother.
Deb Blake said her granddaughter lost her phone sometime this past weekend in Eden Valley, at the Maquoketa Walmart or the Equine Center in DeWitt.
Theresa Blake-Johnson, 34, of Andrew, died in a mobile home fire March 8th. Johnson is the girl's mother and Blake's daughter.
Blake said the phone is a black Blackberry in a case with a horse on it. She said the phone is worthless to her. She said she would rather have the SD card inside the phone, which contains photos taken of her granddaughter and Blake-Johnson.
"It's the only ones we got, besides what few I have saved because everything in the trailer burned," Blake said Thursday.
"Just call me, I'll pick it up, I'll pay postage. We just want the SD card," Blake said.
Anyone with information about the phone can call Blake at 563-249-1033.
