Red Cross to test smoke alarms

ARLINGTON (KWWL) -

The Greater Iowa Red Cross will be testing smoke alarms in Arlington.

Organizers say volunteers will be going door to door on Saturday, July 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will be accompanied by members of the fire department.

They will replace batteries and even install new smoke alarms if necessary, free of charge.
