WATERLOO (KWWL) -
High water on the Cedar River in Black Hawk County continues to threaten areas along the river. Parts of Exchange Park are under water, including Park Rd. near Riverfront Stadium. The Waterloo Bucks say baseball games at the stadium will still be played this weekend, but fans should park on areas on and near Conger Street. In downtown Waterloo, flood waters have overtopped a walkway and dock along the river, but no damage has been reported.
