DUBUQUE COUNTY (KWWL) -
The man accused of placing video cameras in the portable restrooms at a Cascade baseball game has been arrested.
Police believe it happened on June 3 at a middle school game. Donald Born, 48, of Solon has been charged with two counts of trespass and surrendered himself to officers at the Dubuque County jail. He was immediately released on bail.
Police say one camera was placed. While executing a search warrant at Born's home, officers say they seized "items capable of storing digital media." These items have not been examined yet by authorities.
