Where to take Linn County storm debris

Posted: Updated:
CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) - Storms ripped through eastern Iowa Monday evening, leaving many cleaning up the next day.

In Linn County thousands went without power for hours. Trees were uprooted, knocking down power lines.

As you clean up, the Linn County Solid Waste Agency says yard waste should be taken to the Cedar Rapids location, more commonly known as Mount Trashmore at 2250 A Street SW.

The Solid Waste Agency says only garbage should be taken to the Marion location at 1954 County Home Road.
