The Waterloo Bucks bounced back from their first loss of the season with an impressive 12-1 win over the Alexandria Blue Anchors at Riverfront Stadium. It didn't begin well for the Bucks as Blue Anchor pitcher Blake Bass no-hit Waterloo through the first three innings. The Bucks' Patrick Fiala led off the fourth with a solo homer as Waterloo scored 4 runs on five hits and batted around in the frame. Waterloo's Logan Sherer went four for five and drove in six runs as the Bucks finished with 14 hits in the their final five innings at the plate.
