Two injured in Linn County crash

LINN COUNTY (KWWL) -

Two people were injured Monday morning after a car rolled over in Linn County.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office was called to the 4200 block of Otis Road SE after someone spotted a car in the ditch at around 12:44 a.m.

Sergeant David Omar says deputies found 22-year-old Elisha Cross of Cedar Rapids and 20-year-old Tristan James of Cedar Rapids, both with injuries.

Both were taken to St. Luke's Hospital, but James, a passenger in the vehicle, was transferred to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics by Lifeguard Air Ambulance with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
