CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

Cedar Rapids Police are investigating the third shooting in three days, all in the same Wellington Heights neighborhood.

Wednesday's shots fired call came in around 8:27 p.m., according to police.

Police received multiple calls of shots fired in the 15th Street and 5th Avenue SE neighborhood, this is the same location of Monday's shots fired incident.

Police say at Wednesday's incident they found 11 shell casings, but no reported injuries or damage to objects.

Just minutes later, police were called a few blocks up at 17th Street and 4th Avenue.

Neighbors say it was a traffic stop involving a car involved in the shots fired on 15th Street.

Tuesday night, around 9, police were called to 15th Street and 7th Avenue SE of reports of shots fired.

Police searched the area for bullet holes and casings, but didn't find any any.

Police haven't made any arrest in any shots fired cases, but they are still actively investigating all three cases.
