Wisconsin man accused of robbing Cedar Rapids banks

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) - A Wisconsin man has been charged in federal court with robbing two Cedar Rapids banks three times between 2009 and 2010.

Jeffrey Haydock, 57, of Watertown, Wisconsin, appeared in federal court in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday and formally charged with three counts of bank robbery.

According to Haydock's indictment, he is alleged to have robbed the First Federal Credit Union twice -- once on July 30, 2009, and again on Nov. 12, 2009. He is also accused of robbing the Linn Area Credit Union in Cedar Rapids on Feb. 17, 2010.

If convicted on all counts, Haydock faces up to 75 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.

Haydock is being held without bond. His next appearance in court is July 21.
