Dubuque participates in "Kids to Park Day"

The Dubuque City Council has proclaimed Saturday, May 17th, as "Kids to Parks Day".

The day is celebrated by communities across the country. It's an effort to encourage families to be active and enjoy a park on that day, according to the press release.

The Park and Recreation Commission is waiving the $1.00 entrance fee into Eagle Pointe Park all day on Saturday, May 17th.
