Manager accused of stealing $10,000 worth of lottery tickets

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

A Parkersburg man is accused of stealing more than $10,000 worth of lottery tickets from his Cedar Falls employer.

Police say Matthew Webber faces theft, forgery and lottery fraud from when he was managing the Cedar Falls Metro Mart earlier this year.

Investigators say Webber had been taking scratch tickets for months and doctoring inventory records.
