ALLAMAKEE COUNTY (KWWL) - Students from the University of Iowa's College of Dentistry will be spending the next couple of days in Allamakee County helping low-income students get dental care.

As a part of Project SEALED, a partnership between the University of Iowa and the Allamakee Community School District, the dental students will be in Postville and Waukon on Wednesday and Thursday to provide checkups, teeth cleaning and other oral care for low-income schoolchildren.

Richard Lewis, Director of Research News Unit at the University of Iowa, says the students travel to Postville and Waukon four times a year as a part of Project SEALED.
