WATERLOO (KWWL) -

A cold front will track across eastern Iowa Monday evening with a chance of showers and storms.

Isolated severe storms are possible. Large hail and high wind will be the primary threat.

Tuesday will be breezy and cooler, with highs struggling to reach 60 degrees.

Temperatures will remain colder than normal through the rest of the week, with many locations only in the 50s for highs.

Rain chances return Thursday and Friday.
