BUCHANAN COUNTY (KWWL) - Two people were hurt after a two-vehicle crash in Buchanan County Saturday afternoon.  It happened just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of 140th St. and Fairbank-Amish Blvd near Fairbank.  The Buchanan County Sheriff's Office says a pickup truck driven by James Faulkner of Hazleton failed to stop at a stop sign and hit an SUV driven by Frank Vaughn of Waterloo.  The SUV rolled once and came to rest on its wheels in the ditch.  Vaughn and a passenger were taken to a Waterloo hospital for treatment of  minor injuries.  Faulkner was not hurt.  He was cited for Failure to Obey Stop Sign and Failure to Yield upon Entering Highway.
